White Footed Hefe

White Footed Hefe Beer by Humboldt Brewing Co. This cloudy, golden brew has the classic Humboldt malt profile with a big, wheaty body, dry-hopped to finish. Shining through the hazy ale you’ll find classic notes of citrus, yeast and wheat, rounded out with just enough hops to make things interesting.

The Lowdown:

  • ABV: 7%
  • IBUs: 45
  • Style: Dry Hopped Hefeweizen
  • Format: Draught ½ & 1/6 keg; 22oz bottles

What does the name mean?

Named for the White Footed Vole, one of North America’s most elusive creatures. An interesting inhabitant of the great Redwood Forest of Humboldt County, little is known about these small, mysterious mammals. Are they truly a rare species or simply hard to catch, using the ancient landscape to their advantage? That’s a secret the redwoods are still keeping to themselves.

Welcome Friends, to Humboldt Brewing Company. Although we love all creatures great and small, we’re going to need to make sure you're of age to view this content.
